The Stratum X5 – 6 GHz series delivers exceptional point-to-point wireless connectivity, designed to meet the demands of high-capacity backhaul applications. With over 1.5 Gbps TCP throughput and 1.8 Gbps UDP throughput, this series is ideal for environments requiring robust and reliable communication. The rugged metal chassis, a hallmark of Proxim’s outdoor products, ensures carrier-class performance even in harsh weather conditions. Leveraging MIMO 4×4 technology, the Stratum X5 doubles the throughput for a given channel size, maximizing the efficiency of the available spectrum. The series offers versatile models: one with a 19º integrated antenna for straightforward installations, and a connectorized version that supports various high-gain antennas, enabling longer-distance connections. Operating within a frequency range of 5.925 to 7.125 GHz, the Stratum X5 also features 2.5 Gbps Ethernet with an optional 10 Gbps SFP+ optical transceiver cage for enhanced connectivity.
